鐵藝護(hù)欄配件采用使用壽命可達(dá)50年之久的改性高強度工程尼龍，其強度、硬度遠(yuǎn)高于普通鋼制材料，每平方米可承受183MPA以上的壓力，2729MPA的拉伸力，可承受220℃以下高溫不變形等優(yōu)點。

１、鐵藝護(hù)欄工藝：采用無焊連接、橫豎穿插組裝而成。相對于傳統(tǒng)的鐵藝護(hù)欄，安裝更加快捷，外表更加美觀。

２、鐵藝護(hù)欄的基材由六層組成，分別是：

(2)鋅鋼合金層(Zeta layer)：更靠近基材的一層致密合金層，構(gòu)造復(fù)雜，耐腐蝕性極強，以FeZn7及FeZn13化合存在，硬度值為211DPN，含F(xiàn)e為7%-11%；

(4)純鋅層(Eta layer)：稠密六方晶系，變形加工不易破裂，鋅純度98.5%，硬度值為70DPN；
