解決方法：拆下鐵藝門門扇，調(diào)門鉸，門扇鉸往鎖方向敲打，門框鉸往鎖向相反方向敲打，3號(hào)暗鉸用內(nèi)六角調(diào)節(jié)螺絲，一號(hào)暗鉸敲打其門框門鉸底座使之下沉，修復(fù)鐵藝門門扇、門框變形位置

現(xiàn)象二：鐵藝門表面損傷：油漆脫落、損花 。

原因：A、碰撞時(shí)出現(xiàn)損傷 B、腐蝕性損傷。

解決方法：用相同顏色進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)油漆（注：小面積用毛筆劃畫，大面積用大排掃、注意毛掃與工件成30度角，油漆有能過多，不能用力，更好在紙板上先掃幾回，毛掃與壓花紋路的相反方向運(yùn)行。

原因：A、鐵藝門門鉸邊上下鍵不均,B、上鍵左右不均勻。

解決方法：若上下縫不均（即橫縫），1、檢查門框?qū)蔷€；2、加減墊片，查看鐵藝門門扇鉸位上方間隙。
