鐵藝護(hù)欄在施工過程中難免會有焊渣，就會有銹跡了，是很不容易處理的，接下來我們?yōu)榇蠹以敿?xì)講解如何去除鐵藝護(hù)欄的銹跡和焊渣。鐵藝護(hù)欄去銹、清除氧化皮焊渣的主要方法有手工處理、機(jī)械處理、噴射處理、化學(xué)處理（酸洗）、電化學(xué)處理和火焰處理等方法。

　　During the construction process of wrought iron guardrails, it is inevitable that there will be welding slag and rust marks, which are difficult to handle. Next, we will explain in detail how to remove rust and welding slag from wrought iron guardrails. The main methods for removing rust and oxide scale welding slag from wrought iron guardrails include manual treatment, mechanical treatment, spray treatment, chemical treatment (acid washing), electrochemical treatment, and flame treatment.

　　1、機(jī)械處理比較常用的有風(fēng)（電）動刷、除銹槍、拋光砂輪及風(fēng)（電）鏟等工具、借助機(jī)械力的高頻沖擊與磨擦的作用除銹和清除氧化皮舊漆等污物。

　　1. Commonly used tools for mechanical processing include wind (electric) brushes, rust removal guns, polishing grinding wheels, and wind (electric) shovels, which use high-frequency impact and friction of mechanical force to remove rust and dirt such as oxide skin and old paint.

　　2、手工處理主要使用砂布、刮刀、錘鑿、鋼絲刷、廢砂輪等工具，靠手工打磨敲鏟、掃刷來除去銹垢、氧化皮及焊渣、塵土等鐵藝護(hù)欄表面污物。

　　2. Manual processing mainly uses tools such as sanding cloth, scraper, hammer chisel, wire brush, waste grinding wheel, etc., relying on manual grinding, tapping, and sweeping to remove rust, oxide scale, welding slag, dust, and other surface contaminants of iron guardrails.

　　3、化學(xué)處理是利用特殊配方的酸性溶液來浸、溶鐵藝制品,通過化學(xué)反應(yīng)來除凈氧化皮、銹痕、油污,即所謂的“酸洗”。

　　3. Chemical treatment is the use of a specially formulated acidic solution to soak and dissolve iron products, and to remove oxide scale, rust marks, and oil stains through chemical reactions, known as "acid washing".

　　4、噴射處理是利用機(jī)械離心、壓縮空氣、高壓水流等為動力，將磨料、砂石、鋼丸拋射到鐵藝護(hù)欄的表面，沖擊和磨擦掉氧化皮、銹痕、舊漆、型砂等。

　　4. Spray treatment is the use of mechanical centrifugation, compressed air, high-pressure water flow, and other power sources to eject abrasives, sand, and steel balls onto the surface of wrought iron guardrails, impacting and rubbing off oxide scales, rust marks, old paint, molding sand, etc.
