　　想象裝鐵藝護(hù)欄像種樹 —— 地基不牢樹會(huì)歪，基礎(chǔ)條件沒做好，護(hù)欄用半年就晃悠。某小區(qū)裝護(hù)欄沒做地面找平，3 個(gè)月后護(hù)欄歪斜像「醉漢」，返工費(fèi)夠買 100 米新護(hù)欄！這 5 大基礎(chǔ)條件，少一項(xiàng)都得吃大虧。
