鐵藝大門工藝制作流程

The production process of iron gate technology

　　1.鐵藝大門頭焊接 依次將各頭分別焊在相應(yīng)的位置上.要求與橫桿垂直,正面朝前,不能扭曲。 2.鐵藝大門短橫管焊接 每扇鐵藝大門24根.按圖樣中的位置擺好。先點(diǎn)焊,再校平,檢查無誤后再焊牢。為防止焊接變形,可問隔焊。由于順序打亂,焊點(diǎn)較多,焊完后應(yīng)檢查有無漏焊部位。

1. The welding of the iron gate head should be carried out sequentially, with each head welded to its corresponding position. It is required to be perpendicular to the crossbar, facing forward, and not twisted. 2. Weld 24 short horizontal pipes for each iron gate. Arrange them according to the position in the drawing. First spot weld, then level, check for accuracy, and then weld firmly. To prevent welding deformation, shielded welding can be used. Due to the disordered sequence and a large number of welding points, it is necessary to check for any missed welding areas after welding.

　　3.鐵藝大門花形焊接 把所有花形分別擺放在相應(yīng)位置上,看是否合適,調(diào)整無誤后,先點(diǎn)焊到框架上,整體再檢查一遍,然后焊牢。

3. Iron gate flower welding: Place all flower shapes in their respective positions to see if they are suitable. After adjusting them correctly, spot weld them onto the frame first, inspect the overall structure again, and then weld them firmly.

　　4.鐵藝大門中間短豎管焊接 侮扇鐵藝大門4根.按圖樣中的位置擺好。先點(diǎn)焊,再校平,檢查無誤后再焊牢。

4. Four short vertical pipes are welded to the middle of the iron gate, and the iron gate is positioned according to the drawing. First spot weld, then level, check for accuracy, and then weld firmly.

　　5.鐵藝大門中間長(zhǎng)豎管焊接 每扇鐵藝大門3根長(zhǎng)豎管,均勻分布在邊框內(nèi),間距為339毫米。

5. The middle long vertical pipe of the iron gate is welded with 3 long vertical pipes for each iron gate, evenly distributed within the frame, with a spacing of 339 millimeters.
