1、 Common quality accidents in power grid engineering

(1)鋼筋彎曲變形或局部斷裂

(2)鋼筋密封板或錐頭焊縫損壞

(2) Damaged reinforcement sealing plate or cone head weld seam

(3)關(guān)節(jié)變形或斷裂

(3) Joint deformation or fracture

(4)焊縫不飽滿或有超過規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的氣泡、夾渣和微裂紋

(4) The weld seam is not full or has bubbles, slag inclusions, and microcracks that exceed the specified standards

(5)高強(qiáng)度螺栓斷裂或從球節(jié)中拔出

(1)主要部件的變形和扭曲

(2)預(yù)埋件不符合圖紙和規(guī)范要求，高差和間距超標(biāo)

(2) The embedded parts do not meet the requirements of the drawings and specifications, and the height difference and spacing exceed the standard

(3)鋼架整體垂直度和整體平面彎曲超差，梁柱端板孔位置不對應(yīng)，尺寸錯位

(3) The overall verticality and overall plane bending of the steel frame are out of tolerance, and the positions of the end plate holes of the beams and columns do not correspond, resulting in dimensional misalignment

(4)主要受力節(jié)點(diǎn)焊縫不飽滿或有超過規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的氣泡、夾渣和微裂紋

(5)輔助穩(wěn)定結(jié)構(gòu)，如支架、系桿、膝撐等。處于不合理的位置或處理不正確
