現(xiàn)在市場出售的鐵藝，鐵花的材料一般都是用生鐵澆注，或是用熟鐵鍛打的。這兩種材料的共同特點都是比較容易生繡，要避免這種現(xiàn)象，關(guān)鍵在于如何做好鐵藝，鐵花的表面防繡處理。

目前，鐵藝鐵花的表面防繡工藝通常的做法是在做簡單的除銹之后，表面涂一至二層防繡漆，再涂上所需要的各種顏色漆，這種工藝的最大缺點就是一旦在防銹漆的涂布時，有不均勻或有遺漏的地方，鐵藝就很容易在漏涂處開始生銹，導(dǎo)致銹斑蔓延。而且防銹漆的有效防銹時間也就只有兩年左右時間。

另一種鐵藝表面處理使用了國際上通用的噴塑工藝。在噴塑前，先將相關(guān)的部件浸泡在酸洗池中，徹底除去鐵件表面鐵銹，然后再對其進(jìn)行磷化處理，最后對鐵藝靜電殖塑，送入烘箱烘烤，這樣的工藝對鐵件所有部位都進(jìn)行了全面仔細(xì)的處理，確保了鐵藝，鐵花在相對長的時間里不會生繡。

Another type of iron surface treatment uses the internationally recognized spray coating process. Before spraying, the relevant components are soaked in an acid pickling tank to thoroughly remove rust on the surface of the iron parts. Then, phosphating treatment is carried out, and finally, the iron is electrostatically molded and sent to an oven for baking. 鐵花一般分三種：

一、生鐵鑄，二、型鋼鍛打、三、型鋼（以扁鋼為主）造型

優(yōu)點：生鐵鑄：成本低、速度快；型鋼鍛打：形態(tài)別致美觀大方，可塑性好；型鋼造型：成本相對較低、可塑性好。

Advantages: pig iron casting: low cost, fast speed; Steel forging: unique, beautiful and generous in shape, with good plasticity; Steel shape: relatively low cost and good plasticity.

缺點：生鐵鑄：可塑性差、形態(tài)單一；型鋼鍛打：成本高，一定由專業(yè)制造；型鋼造型：成本相對較高、施工難度大。

Disadvantages: pig iron casting: poor plasticity and single form; Steel forging: high cost, must be professionally manufactured; Steel forming: relatively high cost and difficult construction.

適用范圍：生鐵鑄：檔次較低的區(qū)域；型鋼鍛打：大型公共場所、高檔訂酒店；型鋼造型：可以所用于所有地方。

Scope of application: pig iron casting: areas with lower grades; Steel forging: large public places, high-end hotel bookings; Steel shape: can be used in all places.

制作工藝：生鐵鑄：圖樣設(shè)計、打樣、翻沙、澆鑄；型鋼鍛打：圖樣設(shè)計、取料、鍛燒、鍛打、焊接；型鋼造型：圖樣設(shè)計、取料、冷彎、焊接。

Production process: pig iron casting: pattern design, sampling, sand turning, casting; Steel forging: pattern design, material extraction, forging, forging, welding; Steel forming: pattern design, material extraction, cold bending, welding.

至于防銹按現(xiàn)在的技術(shù)不應(yīng)該有任何問題（只要你按規(guī)范去做）
